Founder of the leading architectural recruitment brand Hinton Spencer, Dan is a respected business leader and executive in the talent acquisition and development arena. Dan is an executive relationship specialist with extensive business development experience, specializing in the development of executive-level networks, executive search, delivery of recruitment and contingent workforce solutions, talent attraction and selection strategies. His diverse background includes work in multiple industry sectors, including Financial Services, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Pharmaceutical.

Dan will be responsible for delivering successful recruitment programs with major global brands and for the attraction and engagement of new business partners within the recruitment industry. He will help Recruiter.com manage jobs totaling a projected $1 billion dollars in placement fees over the next three years and develop the staffing and consulting line of business.
