Recruiter.com users will soon be able to use the HIRE token to post jobs, transact splits, and more.
BRISTOL, Conn., April 18, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Industry-leading recruitment marketplace Recruiter.com is laying the foundations to begin accepting HireMatch's HIRE tokens as a currency on its Job Market Platform.
Initially announced in January of 2018, the partnership between HireMatch and Recruiter.com is now taking its next steps as Recruiter.com prepares to bring HIRE tokens to its users.

Once the integration is complete, Recruiter.com members will be able to use the HIRE tokens in the following ways:
- Employers can post jobs using the HIRE token.
- Recruiters can post jobs and transact splits using the HIRE token.
- Payroll funding through the HIRE token; contractors can be paid in HIRE, creating a more global, more efficient payroll funding option for Recruiter.com users. Recruiter.com anticipates completion of this feature by Q1 of 2019.
- Recruiters can earn HIRE tokens as part of the Recruiter Rewards Program.
Token distribution will be tied to certain user actions, including candidate submissions, interviews, hires, and accepted resumes. HIRE tokens are connected to the ERC20 blockchain, ensuring that wallet apps and exchanges can accept and interact with the tokens easily.
Recruiter.com looks forward to assisting the HireMatch team in establishing further partnerships in order to secure widespread usage of the HIRE token across recruitment platforms.
